Copenhagen Consensus Statements in Health Enhancing Physical Activity Programmes in the Workplace

At part of the 'Move @ Work' project, we led international team of 24 researchers from 12 countries to develop the first evidence-based consensus on workplace health-enhancing physical activity (HEPA) programmes. The project addressed ongoing debates and implementation challenges by establishing 36 consensus statements and identifying 23 key areas for future research. It emphasized multi-level strategies, leadership support, and tailored program design to effectively promote employee well-being and reduce sedentary behavior. The work was published in the European Journal for Sport and Society, and can be found open access here.

Discrimination in Danish organised grassroots football

Written Søren Bennike and Nikolai Schelde of the Danish Football Association (DBU), This chapter examines the interdependence between individual experiences of discrimination and discrimination as a social issue. We draw on individual testimonies about discriminatory experiences as well as a nation-wide survey of more than 8000 respondents, all of whom participate in organised grassroots football clubs.
